Your UtilityPack
For some SchnarchFrei exercises, you need an additional tool. To facilitate your training success, we have compiled the most important ones for you in a practical package, the SchnarchFrei UtilityPack.
For every redeemed prescription code, you receive a SchnarchFrei UtilityPack free of charge. Go to the app settings, click on the big green UtilityPack button, and follow the instructions.
Hygiene Tips
For hygienic reasons, we recommend using all utensils that are put in the mouth only once. Store only in a dry state in closed containers.
UtilityPack Contents
- 1 pack of large white wafers – Ø 50 mm – gluten-free
- 1 pack of colorful small confetti wafers – Ø 14 mm – gluten-free, fructose-free, lactose-free, sweetener-free
- 1 pack of Dental rubber rings – Anti-Allergen / latex-free
- 16 wooden spatulas – individually sterile packed
- 8 thin drinking straws – Ø 3mm
- 8 thick drinking straws – Ø 8mm
- 24 pieces – 30 cm long thin silicone tubes – inner Ø 0.9 mm **
- 8 pieces – 10 cm long thick silicone tubes – inner Ø 8 mm **
- 8 corks
- 8 cotton swabs – individually sterile packed
- 8 balloons – made of latex
- 2 packs of gummy bears – vegan, sugar-reduced
Please note that the following utensils are not included in the UtilityPack: sports water bottle, pudding or thick yogurt, water glass, toothbrush, bitter agent (e.g., coffee, herbal bitters, etc.), and scent source (essential oil, perfume, etc.). Once you start your SchnarchFrei training, make sure to obtain these utensils within the first few days.
