Your UtilityPack

For some of the SchnarchFrei exercises, you need an additional tool. Some, like a bottle cork or balloon, you might already have at home – others are a bit more difficult to obtain.

To facilitate your training success, we’ve compiled the most important ones into a convenient package, the SchnarchFrei UtilityPack.

For every redeemed prescription code, you receive a SchnarchFrei UtilityPack free of charge. Go to the app settings, click on the big green UtilityPack button, and follow the instructions.

Hygiene Tips

Always let the utensils dry in the fresh air for a few hours after use before placing them in a closed container for storage – never store props in a moist state! The best way to clean thin silicone tubes internally is by sucking water through them until they are clean inside.
